- 3 bell pepper (s)
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 6 tomato (s)
- 1 bottle Cremefine
- 1 cup milk
- salt
- Sambal Oelek
- Sugar or sweetener

- Fry the smoked pork chops, cut into slices, and place in an ovenproof dish.
- I make the sauce from 3 red peppers, 2 onions, 2 cloves of garlic and 6 tomatoes. Cut everything into large pieces.
- Fry the onions and garlic in a little olive oil, add the remaining vegetables with a little water if necessary and let them reduce. Then season with salt, a little sugar or sweetener and sambal oelek. Puree briefly, then mix with half a bottle of Cremefine and some milk (makes the whole thing a bit slimmer) and pour over the meat. Baked at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
- If you want to go quickly as an alternative sauce: Pour a mixture of 2 bottles of kebab sauce and a mug of cream over the meat.
- Rice or flatbread or baguette bread tastes good with it.
