Soft, Porous Pizza Dough

Love pizza but don’t know how to make dough? There is a simple, good recipe for yeast pizza dough.

Cook: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Flour – 450 g (3 cups, 250 ml)
  • Milk – 250 ml
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Butter – 80 g
  • Active dry yeast – 6 g or fresh yeast – 50 g
  • Salt – 1 pinch (to taste)

Directions

  1. Melt the butter over the lowest heat.
  2. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm milk. Add eggs and salt. Mix.
  3. Sift flour and add to egg-milk mixture.
  4. Stir everything first with a spoon.
  5. Then knead the dough with your hands.
  6. Add melted butter and mix thoroughly into the dough.
    Put the prepared yeast pizza dough in a warm place, cover with a towel and let it rise for about 30 minutes.
  7. The dough is ready. Can be rolled out and formed into a pizza base.
