- 500 g spaetzle
- 300 g cheese, (Middle Aes Gouda)
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 3 sausages, (Mettwürstchen)
- 200 ml sweet cream
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
- 1 tablespoon stock, grained

- Boil the spaetzle, drain it and put it in a baking dish. Grate the cheese. Wash and chop the spring onions. Halve the sausages and cut into small pieces. Whisk the cream with paprika and granulated broth.
