Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta
  • 2 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 1 pack boiled ham, approx. 200 g
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 3 cups processed cheese
  • some herbs (TK-8 herb mixture)

Instructions

  1. Boil eggs first. (I always take ready-made Easter eggs, it goes faster.) Cut the ham and eggs into pieces.
  2. Boil the pasta in salted water.
  3. Heat the processed cheese in a medium saucepan until it is nice and creamy. (Make sure to stay on the pot and stir again and again, otherwise it will burn quickly!) When the processed cheese is nice and creamy, add the cream and stir. Then stir in the eggs and ham. Season to taste with the herbs straight from the freezer. (Attention, not too much, always a little, otherwise it will be too bitter!)
  4. The pasta and sauce are not mixed together before serving, as usual, but served separately and only mixed on the plate.
  5. Note: This dish fills you up quickly, with us it is always enough for 2 days.
