Ingredients

  • 1 port. Pasta (spaghetti)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon sweet cream
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan, grated
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts, roughly chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • water
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente.
  2. Put the oil, egg yolks, cream, parmesan cheese and walnuts in a bowl. Pepper, add a little salt (the Parmesan is salty) and mix well. When the spaghetti is ready, drain them well in a colander and add them to the bowl while hot. Mix immediately until the mixture stagnates.
  3. Arrange on a plate. Garnish with walnut halves and parsley.
