Ingredients
- 1 slice (s) ginger root, fresh, peeled
- 1 cinnamon stick (s)
- 2 clove (s)
- 2 cardamom pods
- 500 ml tea, black, hot
- milk (3.5% fat content)
- possibly sugar or rock candy

- Roast the ginger, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom in a pan without fat. Then bring to the boil in black tea. Stir in milk and possibly sugar and pour through a hair sieve into a preheated jug.
