Ingredients

  • 2 medium pepper (s), red and green
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 small Can corn
  • 0.5 ½ glass silver onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 200 ml vegetable stock, instant
  • 3 teaspoons oil
  • 4 tablespoon ajvar
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • Cayenne pepper
  • sugar
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Cut the peppers into thin strips and the onions into thin rings.
  2. Steam the onions in the oil until translucent, add the paprika strips and fry them as well. Add tomato paste and mix well. Add pressed garlic clove. Then deglaze with the broth and stir well. Let it reduce until the sauce is still slightly runny. If it gets too firm, add a little more stock. Add the ajvar and season with the spices. Depending on your preference, it is either sweeter or nicely spicy. Therefore, no quantities are given for the spices. Everyone should decide for themselves. Finally add the corn and the silver onions.
