Ingredients

  • 500 g spinach, frozen
  • 100 g sheep cheese
  • 10 small tomato (s)
  • 100 g yourt
  • 1 teaspoon stock powder
  • salt and pepper
  • thyme

Instructions

  1. Heat the spinach. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a little granular broth.
  2. Cut the sheep`s cheese into small cubes and mix with the yoghurt. With pepper and
  3. granulated broth to taste. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
  4. Put the heated spinach in a baking dish, flake the mixed sheep`s cheese on top of the spinach and place the tomato slices in between. Scatter a little thyme on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes on the middle rack.
  6. The quantities given are intended as a side dish if you would eat it as a main course
  7. I recommend double the amount.
  8. Fresh ciabatta goes well with it.
