Delicious and delicate biscuit roll stuffed with halva and butter.
Ingredients
Halva – 200 g
Butter – 200 g
Eggs – 5 pcs.
Flour – 110 g
Sugar – 200 g
Directions
Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites until fluffy, add 100 g of sugar.
We send the second part of the sugar to the yolks. Rub sugar with yolks. We combine proteins with yolks.
Add flour, stirring with a silicone spatula from the bottom to top. We spread the dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. We check the readiness of the biscuit with a wooden stick (if the dough does not stick, then it’s ready).
We take the biscuit out of the oven and immediately wrap it in a damp towel. Let it cool.
For the filling, grind halva with a fork and add to the softened butter, beat with a mixer until a homogeneous consistency. Put the filling on the cooled biscuit, turn it into a roll. Wrap in plastic wrap and cool the biscuit roll with halva in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
