Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries, cleaned and washed
- 125 ml apple juice
- 50 g powdered suar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- some vanilla sugar to taste

- Puree all ingredients. Let cool in the fridge for about 1 hour.
- Pour into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the device instructions.
- Alternatively, put the mixture in a shallow bowl and place in the freezer. Stir more often. Puree after approx. 3 hours and serve.
