- 100 grams flour
- 3 egg (s)
- 125 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 point vanilla sugar
- Powdered sugar, for sprinkling
- Raisins, to taste

- Stir the yolks with sugar until foamy, add flour and milk and fold in the stiffly beaten snow and raisins.
- Melt butter in a pan, pour in the batter and bake, cutting into small pieces.
- Sprinkle with icing sugar on the plate!
