  • 400 g flour, type 405 or 1050
  • 100 g semolina, (durum wheat semolina)
  • salt
  • 1 cube yeast, fresh
  • 300 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Tomato sauce
  • cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients with the kneading dough and let rise in a warm place for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Roll out and spread on a greased tray. Let go again for a moment. Top with tomato sauce and cheese.
  3. Bake in the oven preheated to 250 degrees on the lowest rack for about 10 minutes.
