Ingredients
- 400 g flour, type 405 or 1050
- 100 g semolina, (durum wheat semolina)
- salt
- 1 cube yeast, fresh
- 300 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Tomato sauce
- cheese

- Mix all ingredients with the kneading dough and let rise in a warm place for at least 30 minutes.
- Roll out and spread on a greased tray. Let go again for a moment. Top with tomato sauce and cheese.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 250 degrees on the lowest rack for about 10 minutes.
