Ingredients
- 225 ml water
- 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
- 50 ml oil
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 200 g carrot (s), rated
- 150 g apple, rated
- 2 dashes lemon juice
- 400 g flour, (wheat flour or another one)
- 1 pack dry yeast

- Put all ingredients in this order in the bread maker.
- Program basis.
- Tanning agent.
- If it is too moist after the 1st kneading, simply add a tablespoon of flour.
- It makes bread between 750 and 1000 g in size.
