Ingredients

  • 1 ½ kg carrot (s), cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • some parsley, fresh or frozen

Instructions

  1. Cook the cleaned and cut carrots in salted water. Drain the water. Now melt the butter in the still warm saucepan, toss the carrots in it and season with parsley and sugar.
  2. Fish fingers and mashed potatoes go well with it.
