Tapas with Bacon, Cheese, Nuts

Tapas is a Spanish snack that is served in bars and before dinner, anywhere, and at any time of the day. A small snack is prepared from a variety of products, including tapas with bacon, cheese, eggs, nuts. The main idea behind tapas is socializing with friends.

Ingredients

  • Bread (loaf) – 4 pieces
  • Bacon – 150 g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Soft cheese (creamy) – 100 g
  • Peanuts – 100 g
  • Chili pepper – 1 pod
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Walnuts – 30 g
  • Greens (dill) – 3 g
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. For tapas with bacon, cheese, eggs, and nuts, prepare food.
  2. Cut the bacon as thin as possible, into slices, spread on a baking sheet on foil, and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 230 degrees.
  3. Prepare the peanut filling: chop the garlic, finely chop the chili pepper.
    Heat the olive oil in a skillet and fry the chili and garlic together for 3 minutes.
  4. Then add the peanuts and fry the mixture for another 5 minutes.
  5. After roasting, grind the peanut mixture in a blender.
  6. Prepare a cheese and egg mixture: grind the eggs in a blender, add cream cheese to the mixture, salt, add chopped dill, and mix well.
  7. Put the prepared filling on the bacon – first the cheese and egg, then the peanut filling. Connect the bacon corners with skewers.
    Place the stuffed bacon on the bread slices and flatten. Serve tapas with bacon, cheese, nuts and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Decorate tapas with herbs.
