  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 150 g diced ham
  • 100 g Gouda cheese, rated
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 teaspoons herb (s) for salad

Instructions

  1. Cut the baguette into lengths of 10 - 12 cm and cut them in half.
  2. Cut the onion into small cubes and press the garlic through the press. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Press the baguette halves in a little in the middle and apply the prepared spread with a tablespoon.
  4. Preheat the grill (I use a gas grill for this) to about 180 degrees and place the tarte flambée buns indirectly and grill for about 15 minutes.
