Ingredients

  • 1 roll (s) dough (tarte flambée dough) from the refrigerated shelf
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 leek
  • 2 cheeses (hand cheeses), quartered
  • 2 tablespoon onion (s), red, chopped
  • vinegar
  • oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon pesto (green sauce herb pesto)

Instructions

  1. Season the sour cream with salt and pepper and spread on the dough. Cut the leek into rings and place on the dough. Quarter the hand cheese and also pour it onto the dough. Bake the tarte flambée for 10 - 15 minutes at 200 degrees circulating air.
  2. While baking, finely chop a small onion and soak it in vinegar and oil and season with salt and pepper. Just before serving, drizzle the tarte flambée with the pickled onions and the pesto.
  3. By the way, in the picture I used puff pastry instead of dough for tarte flambée. That works, but it gets very greasy.
