Tartlets “Tenderness”

We suggest trying the recipe for tartlets – crumbly baskets made from shortcrust pastry, with the most delicate filling of different colors from processed cheese and soft cream cheese. To make the dish a favorite on the festive table, it is better to make the tartlets yourself – it will take very little time.

Ingredients

For tartlets:

  • Flour – 1 glass
  • Butter – 100 g
  • Sour cream – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Sugar – 0.5 teaspoon

For filling:

  • Cream cheese “Philadelphia” – 4 tablespoon.
  • Processed cheese with the creamy taste – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Ground sweet paprika – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Fresh dill – 3-4 branches

Directions

  1. Pour salt and sugar into a glass of sifted flour and stir.
  2. Chop soft butter, add a spoonful of sour cream.
  3. Knead into a firm dough quickly. Cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  4. After the desired time has elapsed, remove the lump of dough. Divide it into equal pieces and fill the molds with them. Send to a preheated oven at 160 ° C and bake until golden brown. Usually, the tartlets are ready in 7-10 minutes.
  5. Let the shortbread cool for a few minutes.
  6. Then carefully remove the baskets as the dough is quite brittle.
  7. For the filling, rub the cream cheese on a fine grater.
  8. Add soft cream cheese, squeezed garlic clove, and stir.
  9. Divide the cheese mass into two plates. Add chopped dill to one. In the other – paprika. Stir in the two-tone cheese tart filling.
  10. Using a pastry syringe or teaspoon, spread the filling into the baskets. Decorate with leafy greens and serve crumbly dough tartlets with delicate cheese filling.
