Tatar Beefsteak

The famous dish of chopped raw beef is considered an exotic restaurant. But why not try the beef tartare at home. The main condition for preparing a Tatar steak is absolute freshness and the highest quality of meat.

Ingredients

  • Beef (tenderloin) (the highest quality and freshest) – 400 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Capers – 1-2 tbsp (to taste)
  • Fresh chopped parsley – 1 tbsp (to taste)
  • Raw yolk – 1 pc.
  • Broth – 1-2 tbsp (to taste)
  • White pepper – to taste
  • Salt – 2-3 pinches (to taste)
  • Vegetable oil – 1-1.5 tbsp (to taste)

Directions

  1. Peel the meat from the films.
  2. Cut the prepared meat into pieces.
  3. And then chop finely with a sharp knife.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Mix.
  6. Pour in a little vegetable oil, add broth, mix.
  7. Peel the onion, chop finely and add to the minced meat.
  8. Add capers. Mix.
  9. Add some more oil.
  10. Sprinkle with parsley and stir.
  11. Place the meat in a large round “cutlet” on a serving plate. Make a depression in the middle and place the yolk in it.
  12. The Tatar steak is ready.
