Ingredients

  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 2 tomato (s), depending on size
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs, Mediterranean
  • 250 g tomatoes, passed
  • Butter for frying
  • 100 g feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook time: 15 minutes
  2. Total time: 45 minutes
  3. Put the butter in a pan and let it melt. Cut the onion and garlic into small pieces and sauté in the pan until translucent. Cut the zucchini into cubes and add to the pan. Fry for a while until they are also a little translucent. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and add them, fry for a few more minutes. Season with salt, pepper and the herbs. Top up with the strained tomatoes and cook for about 10-15 minutes. Shortly before the end of the cooking time, cut the feta into pieces and add. Stir briefly.
  4. The dish can be served well with ciabatta or baguette.
