Ingredients
- 250 g tortellini
- 50 g bacon, diced, smoked
- 3 tablespoon ajvar, (mild or spicy - depending on taste) heaped
- 200 g cream cheese, natural
- 1 scoop mozzarella
- herbs Provence
- salt and pepper
- some Milk

- Prepare the tortellini according to the instructions on the packet.
- Leave the smoked bacon cubes in a small saucepan over medium heat. Reduce the heat and stir in the cream cheese.
- Mix with a little milk until smooth, add the ajvar and season with the herbs and spices. Bring to the boil briefly and remove from the stove.
- Dice the mozzarella and add to the sauce.
- Let it melt briefly and serve with the tortellini!
