- 500g flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 0.5 ½ cube yeast
- 500 ml water
- 100 g mashed potatoes powder
- 100 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated

- Knead the ingredients together well without the cheese. Let rise in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
- Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the batter on top and sprinkle with cheese. Let rise for 30 minutes at 50 ° C. Then bake for 15 minutes at 200 ° C and another 15 minutes at 170 ° C.
