Tuna and Apple Sandwiches

Crispy croutons with mustard sauce, canned tuna and fresh apple pieces.

Ingredients

  • Baguette – 4 pieces
  • Canned tuna in oil – 1 can
  • Apple – 1 pc.
  • Natural yogurt – 3 tbsp
  • Granular mustard – 1 tbsp
  • Green salad (arugula, frieze, etc.) – to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Cut the baguette.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Preheat a frying pan. Fry slices of bread in a dry skillet on both sides until golden brown and crispy (3-4 minutes).
  4. Cut the apple into slices 4-5 mm thick.
  5. Prepare the sauce. To do this, combine mustard and yogurt.
  6. Mix. Season with salt and pepper. Stir again.
  7. Spread the sauce on the croutons.
  8. Remove the fish from the oil, disassemble into small pieces.
  9. Place the fish on top of the bread topped with sauce.
  10. Place apple slices on top of the tuna sandwiches.
  11. Wash the salad, cut. Garnish with salad sandwiches.
