Tuna Ceviche with Tomato and Strawberry

A very trendy dish from South America. ceviche is fresh fish or seafood marinated in citrus juice with various additional ingredients.
It is advisable to consume ceviche immediately or store it in the refrigerator for no more than 3 hours.

Ingredients

  • 2 pcs tuna steak
  • 1/4 onion red onion (small)
  • 1 pc tomato (medium)
  • 6 pcs strawberries

Marinade:

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 pc lime (juice)
  • 1/2 pcs lemon (juice)
  • 2 sprigs of parsley

Directions

  1. First, we prepare the marinade: we combine everything and mix.
  2. Divide the strawberries in half (if the berry is medium-sized).
  3. Cut the onion into half rings. We cut the tomato arbitrarily.
  4. Cut the tuna into small pieces of a shape convenient for you. But not too subtle. I have ~ 2 * 2 * 1 cm
  5. Pour the tuna with the marinade and let it brew for 15 minutes. Then add strawberries, onions, tomatoes and mix gently. Decorate with greens. Chop the parsley if desired.
