Ingredients

  • 250 g mushrooms, cut into pieces
  • 3 turkey schnitzel, cut into strips
  • 1 medium onion (s), diced
  • 0.5 ½ bunch spring onion (s), cut into rings
  • herbs Provence
  • 250 ml broth
  • 2 tablespoon crème fraîche with garlic
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry the meat and season with salt and pepper. Remove from pan and set aside.
  2. Fry the mushrooms, onions and spring onions, add the stock and stew for about 10 minutes. Add herbs.
  3. Add the meat again and refine with creme fraiche.
  4. Possibly add seasoning.
  5. We usually eat rice with it, but also pasta or croquettes.
