Turkey Toast with Apple Ingredients

For 2 toasts:

  • Wheat-rye bread – 4 pieces
  • Turkey fillet – 200 g
  • Apple (medium) – 1 pc.
  • Brie cheese – 100 g
  • Arugula
  • Butter
  • Apple jam
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Ground nutmeg
  • Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon.
  • Salt

  1. Boil the turkey fillet in salted water until tender.
    Mix apple cider jam with a pinch of nutmeg and a pinch of cinnamon. Add lemon juice.
  2. Grease all pieces of bread with butter on one side and apple jam on the other.
  3. Place the thinly sliced ​​turkey on the jam side on half of the bread. Sprinkle with pepper.
  4. Place thinly sliced ​​cheese on top of the turkey.
  5. Tear the arugula with your hands and scatter over the cheese.
