Toast with Cream Cheese and Caramelized Apples

An interesting option for sandwiches is crispy toast with cream cheese and caramelized apples. Thanks to the original combination of sweet apples and cream cheese, toasts are very aromatic and delicate in taste. Great nutritious breakfast!

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Bread (white toast) – 2 slices
  • Cream cheese – 80 g
  • Apple (sour or sweet and sour) – 1 pc. (130 g)
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Cut the apples into quarters, cut out the seed capsule, and cut the pulp into slices.
  2. Pour sugar into a dry frying pan and put on medium heat and heat until the sugar begins to melt. Then, stirring gently with a spatula, wait until the sugar has completely melted.
  3. Add apples.
  4. Fry for about 2 minutes on each side, until soft.
  5. Brown the bread in a toaster or fry in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 40-60 seconds on each side.
  6. Transfer the toasted bread to a plate and place the cream cheese on top.
  7. Top with apple slices and pour over the sauce.
