Bruschetta with Cheese-Nut Cream and Caramelized Apple

A very tasty appetizer, which is good for breakfast, a snack, and of course, for a friendly get-together. Tasty and easy to prepare – everything as we love it!

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon oil oils
  • salt pepper
  • bread
  • 150 g cheese (camembert, brie, blue cheese)
  • 1/2 cup cream, 33% fat
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 tablespoon cane sugar
  • 1 tablespoon / l cl oil
  • a handful of walnuts

Directions

  1. Chop the nuts, place in a blender or processor, grind. While continuing to stir, pour in the oil to make a homogeneous mass.
  2. Season with salt and pepper. Whip the cheese with cream (for Camembert and Brie, you must first cut off the crust) in a blender and mix with the nut mass.
  3. Peel the apple and cut it into thin slices.
  4. Fry in a pan with butter and sugar until lightly caramelized.
  5. Spread cheese and peanut sauce on toaster or oven-dried bread, put apple slices on top, and serve immediately!
