Ingredients

  • 60 g corn flour
  • 60 g semolina (durum wheat)
  • 780 g wheat flour, oranic type 550
  • 2 packs dry yeast
  • 500 ml water, warm (a bit more resistant than lukewarm)
  • 100 ml milk, warm
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ garlic powder
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. This recipe is an own creation. A pre-dough is not necessary. Mix corn flour, durum wheat semolina, organic wheat flour (type 550), salt, sugar, garlic powder and dry yeast in a bowl. Add warm milk, warm water and olive oil. Stir everything until the dough is nice and smooth and supple and let rise. The dough volume should double, after the end of the walking time stir the dough again and then process it.
  2. Please note: do not use baking paper Rub the baking sheet thinly with olive oil. Then cut the dough in half and roll it out on the baking sheet.
  3. Cover as desired.
  4. Preheat the oven to the highest setting. Slide in the covered pizza and bake for approx. 2 - 3 minutes on the highest setting, now reduce the oven to approx. 220 ° and bake the pizza nice and brown and crispy.
