Universal Yeast Dough without Eggs and Milk

Today I offer you a yeast dough recipe for all occasions. This dough is budgetary, as it is prepared without eggs and milk. This versatile dough is perfect for pies, pies, rolls, whitewash, pizza and other yeast-based baked goods.

Cook: 1 hour 30 minutes (your 30 mins)

Ingredients

  • Flour – 900-1000 g
  • Water – 500 ml
  • Fresh yeast – 30 g
  • Vegetable oil – 50 ml
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. First, prepare a dough . Crumble fresh yeast.
  2. Add sugar to them and grind into a liquid mixture with a spoon.
  3. Pour in all the water (the water should be warm, never hot).
  4. Add 100 g of flour from the total amount.
  5. Stir the mixture well with a whisk so that there are no lumps.
  6. Cover the dishes with the dough with a kitchen towel, put in a warm place for 10-15 minutes to activate the yeast.
  7. When the dough is suitable, add vegetable oil, salt.
  8. Add a little sifted flour and knead the dough.
    (Do not add all the flour at once, as flour has different moisture content and may need a little less or more.)
  9. Knead the dough until it begins to lag behind the hands and the walls of the dishes, it should be soft, elastic and not very dense.
  10. Grease a clean bowl with vegetable oil, move the dough into it, cover with cling film or kitchen towel. Then remove to a warm place for 40-50 minutes to rise.
  11. The dough should increase 2-3 times.
  12. The dough is very fluffy, elastic.
  13. Send the matched dough to the table or cutting board and you can immediately start any baking, sculpt and bake whatever you want from it.
