  • Cottage cheese – 220 g
  • Egg (only protein) – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Pitted olives – 40 g
  • Dried herbs (I have Italian) – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

To prepare the form:

  • Vegetable oil – 2 teaspoon
  • Semolina – 1 tbsp

We don’t need raw egg yolk, which remains after cooking. Use it to make quick crab sticks and cheese balls, original lazy dumplings with cottage cheese and poppy seeds, or any other dish of your choice.

  1. Cottage cheese casserole is prepared quite quickly, so it is better to turn on the oven in advance to heat it up to a temperature of 200 degrees.
  2. Place the cottage cheese in the bowl of a blender or food processor.
  3. Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater and add to the curd.
  4. Separate the egg white from the yolk. Add egg white, half-dried herbs (1/2 teaspoon), salt, and black pepper into the blender bowl.

  5. Mix all ingredients until smooth.
  6. Grease a baking dish with a little vegetable oil and sprinkle with semolina.
  7. Put the curd mass into the prepared form and smooth the surface.
  8. Spread the pitted olives on the surface of the curd mass.
  9. Sprinkle with the rest of the dried herbs (1/2 teaspoon).
