Directions
To prepare the Urnebes salad, prepare the food.
Heat a skillet over high heat and brush with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Pierce the pepper in several places with a fork, place in a preheated pan and fry under the lid on all sides until soft and black markings appear on the peel. Alternatively, the peppers can be grilled / grilled or in the oven.
