Instructions

  1. Mix eggs and sugar well until frothy. Mix in the vanillin and flour. Use a small spoon to put a pile on baking paper. It is best to let it dry overnight.
  2. The next day, bake at 160 degrees on the bottom rack for about 18 minutes until light yellow.
  3. Drying will make them light on top when baking, stay smooth and have little feet.
  4. Gives about 80 places.
