  • 35 g bakin cocoa
  • 180 g suar or xucker (used here as a reduced-calorie variant)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 240 ml water
  • 100 ml sunflower oil

Instructions

  1. Grease a round springform pan with a diameter of 20 cm with a little oil.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
  3. Briefly mix the flour, cocoa, sugar / xucker, vanilla flavor and baking powder in a bowl. Then add the water and oil and stir in well until a smooth dough is formed.
  4. Pour the batter into the mold and bake the cake for 35-40 minutes. It is done when no dough gets stuck to the wooden stick when you test it with sticks.
