Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 250 ml milk (soy milk)
  • 200 g suar
  • 150 ml oil
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 handful walnuts
  • 1 pack cake icing (chocolate), vegan

Instructions

  1. Do not chop the walnuts too finely.
  2. Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir to a smooth batter. Spread the dough on a small baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 25 minutes.
  4. Melt the chocolate icing and brush the cake with it while it is still hot. Let cool down. Then cut into small squares with a sharp knife.
  5. It tastes best when it can steep overnight in a sealable container in the refrigerator.
