The tradition of eating soft waffles for breakfast came from Europe, and in particular from Austria. Their famous Viennese pastries have conquered many cuisines of the world, and began to be present on tables in different countries.

Ingredients

  • Egg – 3 Pieces
  • Butter – 40 Grams
  • Sugar – 0.3 cups
  • Milk – 2 Glasses
  • Flour – 3 Glasses
  • Vanillin – 1 Teaspoon
  • Soda – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Salt – 1 Pinch

Directions

  1. Mix the egg yolks with a quarter cup of sugar with a mixer until smooth. Then add vanillin and whisk again.
  2. Melt the butter. Add it to the egg mass along with milk.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Then pour the milk mass into them and mix everything with a mixer.
  4. In another bowl, beat the whites with a mixer with the remaining sugar until peaks.
  5. Use a spatula to gently stir into the dough.
  6. Heat the waffle iron. Lightly grease it with oil. Bake the waffles for 2-3 minutes. Enjoy your tasting!
