Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites into snow. Add powdered sugar and flavor and beat until the mixture is glossy. Carefully fold in the walnuts. Use 2 teaspoons to put small mountains on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 150 ° C O / U (no hot air) for about 30 minutes.
