- 1 apple
- 1 banana (s)
- 1 can pineapple (in pieces)
- 1 lemon (s), untreated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, cold-pressed
- 1 tablespoon honey
- possibly natural yoghurt

- Open the can of pineapple, pour the juice into a large saucepan or pan. Add the honey to the pineapple juice and let it boil down over high heat until everything is reduced to about 1/4 and is slightly viscous.
- In the meantime, core the apple and cut into small pieces, as well as the banana. Put everything together with the pineapple pieces in a bowl, pour the olive oil (it can also have more than 0.8% acidity, but not a strong taste of its own) and rub some lemon zest over it.
- Then add the boiled down pineapple juice, stir and season with lemon juice.
- Also tastes good the next day for breakfast. Just add some natural yoghurt.
