Ingredients
- 400 ml tea (berries), your choice, freshly brewed
- 150 ml orange juice
- 1 orange (s), untreated, cut column it
- 1 lemon (s), untreated, cut wedge it
- 1 bag mulled wine spice
- 350 ml wine, red
- 6 cl amaretto
- 1 egg white, whisked
- 6 tablespoon sugar, brown
- 4 berries (Cape gooseberries)

- Put the tea, orange juice, orange and lemon wedges, mulled wine spices in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Let it steep for about 20-30 minutes and then strain the punch. Now stir in the wine and amaretto, heat again.
- Place the whisked egg whites and sugar in separate bowls. Dip the rim of the glasses in egg white first, then in sugar.
- Now pour the punch into the glasses and serve garnished with Cape gooseberries.
