  • 80 g sheep cheese, hard or soft
  • 200 g cream
  • 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs or pine nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C (convection 200 ° C, gas setting 4-5).
  2. Wash and clean the zucchini, grate into fine pens and place in a flat baking dish. Wash and clean the spring onions or leeks and cut into fine strips. Peel and wash the potatoes and rub on the zucchini. Mix the onions, potatoes and zucchini and season with salt.
  3. Grate or finely dice the cheese and mix in. Pour the cream over it. Scatter the breadcrumbs or pine nuts on top. Place the pan on the middle rack of the oven and bake the gratin for 25 to 30 minutes.
  4. A sophisticated side dish that takes little work and goes well with meat, fish or poultry dishes.
