  • 3 cup flour
  • 2 cup / s sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup mineral water
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 glass cherry (s) or morello cherries
  • 4 bars chocolate (whole milk)

Instructions

  1. Drain the glass of cherries or morello cherries. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Mix the flour, sugar, oil, mineral water, eggs and baking powder together until a smooth dough is formed. Spread the dough evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Press the cherries or morello cherries evenly into the batter.
  3. Put the tray in the oven and bake for about 20 to 30 minutes (then make a stick test).
  4. Then let the cake cool down.
  5. Put the chocolate in a saucepan and melt slowly (but carefully, otherwise it will burn). Now pour the liquid chocolate over the cooled cake and let it cool down again.
