Ingredients

  • 100 g flour
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 100 g hazelnuts
  • 150 g butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 120 g powdered suar
  • 4 drops rum flavor
  • 150 g nouat, nut
  • 30 ml heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoon liqueur, (almond liqueur)
  • powdered sugar
  • Confectionery, (mocca beans)

Instructions

  1. Knead the flour, cornstarch, hazelnuts, butter, egg yolk, powdered sugar and rum flavor to a shortcrust pastry, wrap in foil and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
