Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon natural yogurt
- 4 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 125 ml buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons onion (s), very finely grated
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon chives, fresh, very finely chopped

- Mix yogurt, mayonnaise and buttermilk vigorously with a whisk, then stir in onion and garlic. Season the sauce with salt and plenty of (preferably coarsely ground) pepper, then fold in the chives.
- You can sprinkle the salad with crispy fried small bacon cubes.
