Ingredients

  • 3 apples
  • 3 pear (s)
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ cinnamon
  • 160 g suar, brown
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 tablespoon lemon (s), zest
  • 60 g butter, warm
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Peel apples and pears and cut into not too small cubes. Put the cubes in a mold and mix with the lemon juice, cinnamon and 60 g sugar.
  2. Mix the remaining sugar with the flour and lemon zest, add the butter and knead everything first with a dough hook, then with your hands to make crumble. Pour the streusel over the fruit.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C on the middle rack with bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
  4. Serve with whipped cinnamon and vanilla cream.
