  • 1 liter apple juice, naturally cloudy
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • 1 sachet preserving sugar, :
  • 1 pinch gingerbread spice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 drops rum

Instructions

  1. Bring the apple juice to the boil. Lemon juice and the spices with it. Let simmer briefly on low heat. Mix with the preserving sugar and cook according to the instructions on the package
  2. Fill into glasses, overturn, wait until it`s cold. Put it back on the floor and you have a little Christmas present.
