Ingredients

  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 can peach (s), (preferably unsweetened)
  • 3 chicken breast fillet (s) (4 depending on size)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • curry
  • 4 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 handful walnuts, halved
  • 1 handful cheese, grated (reduced fat)
  • 2 teaspoons oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Clean the broccoli, cut into florets, peel and chop the stalk and cook everything in salted water until al dente.
  2. Drain and drain. Dice the peach halves.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  4. Grease a baking dish, add the cooked broccoli and peach cubes.
  5. Rub the fillet with salt, pepper and curry and sauté. Deglaze with soy sauce.
  6. Then place the fillet on the vegetables. Season everything with paprika.

  8. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes.
