Banana Waffles

Now I learn more and more recipes for healthy pastries without gluten and sugar. And if you figure it out well, then you can completely abandon the usual. Moreover, some options are much tastier than usual.

Ingredients

  • Banana – 1 Piece
  • Egg – 2 Pieces
  • Oatmeal – 100 Grams
  • Wheat flour – 1
  • Vanilla extract – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Baking powder – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Ground cinnamon – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Salt – 1 Pinch

Directions

  1.  Mash the banana with a blender. Grind the flakes into flour.
  2.  In another bowl, make a mixture of eggs, extract, baking powder and cinnamon.
  3. Then stir the oatmeal and wheat flour into the egg mass.
  4. Next add the banana. Knead the batter.
  5. Pour the dough in portions into the waffle iron.
  6. Serve the waffles with fruit and nuts. Enjoy your tea!
