Ingredients
- 750 g berries, mixed, frozen
- 200 g quark, lean
- 200 ml cream
- 300 g yourt, (with lucose)
- 1 bag vanilla sugar
- 75 g suar, brown
- mint

- Transfer frozen berry mix to a large bowl.
- Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff. Fold the yogurt and quark well into the whipped cream.
- Spread the mixture over the berry mix.
- Spread the brown sugar generously on the cream.
- Now cover the whole thing and put it in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
- TIP: For a perfect dinner, prepare the dessert immediately in portion bowls, in which you can serve the dessert.
- Garnish the dessert with a mint leaf + a berry from the frozen berry mix.
