- 500 g broccoli
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon, heaped low-fat quark
- 150 g cheese, rated
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) pepper

- Remove the stalk from the broccoli, cut into small florets and cook in boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Drain in a colander and allow to cool. Then cut very small and put in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients (egg, low-fat quark, grated cheese, salt and pepper) to the bowl and stir everything well.
- Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Put about a heaped tablespoon of the mixture in your hand and shape into thalers with both hands, then place on the baking sheet. For me it was 12 thalers.
- Bake in the hot oven for about 15-20 minutes.
