Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 200 g butter
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 300 grams flour
  • some water

For covering:

  • 750 g broccoli
  • 4 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 400 g cream cheese with herbs
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 1 pack herbs, Italian, frozen
  • 100 g tomato (s), dried, in oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the shortcrust pastry, place in a greased tart pan (30-32 cm). Refrigerate.
  2. Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for about 2-3 minutes, then drain.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  4. Beat the eggs with a little salt and pepper, beat in the cream cheese and sour cream and then stir in the herbs.
  5. Cut the tomatoes into strips and stir in as well.
  6. Place the broccoli on the dough and pour the cream cheese mixture evenly over it.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
